I’ve always believed that the rings we wear every day should feel like chapters of our life — not just beautiful objects, but pieces that hold memory, meaning, and moments.
As a jewelry designer, I naturally live in my stacking rings. They’re my foundation. My daily ritual. My way of telling my story on my hands.
But some of the most sentimental pieces in my collection aren’t ones I designed — they’re gifts. Classics. Icons. Cartier bands that mark milestones in my life and marriage.
Over time, I started mixing them with my Sethi Couture stacking rings — blending heritage pieces with our textured diamond bands, vintage details, and handcrafted finishes.
That’s when something interesting happened.
They stopped feeling like “Cartier” or “Sethi.”
They started feeling like me.
Here’s how I style them.
Stack One: My Everyday Sethi Foundation

Most days, you’ll find me wearing a full Sethi Couture stack.
This is my baseline — the combination I reach for without thinking.
A mix of:
- diamond stacking rings
- textured gold bands
- milgrain and vintage details
- slim silhouettes that layer effortlessly
I love stacking rings because they create depth and movement. No single band overpowers. Instead, each one adds something — texture, sparkle, shape, or contrast.
Shop the look:
It’s very much our philosophy at Sethi Couture:
Start with one ring. Add chapters over time. Build your story.
This stack feels collected, not styled. Personal, not perfect.
Stack Two: The Love Band Foundation

My Cartier Love band was an anniversary gift from my husband.
It’s such a classic — clean lines, modern, graphic. Almost architectural.
On its own, it’s sleek and minimal. But I found myself wanting to soften it. To add dimension.
So I began layering my Sethi Couture diamond stacking rings around it.
That’s where the magic happens.
The textured gold bands break up the solid metal.
The diamonds add light.
The shapes add femininity and movement.
Instead of an “all-diamond” or “all-metal” look, it becomes balanced and interesting.
This is something I talk about often when styling stacks:
Contrast creates character.
Mix:
- smooth + textured
- gold + diamonds
- modern + vintage
That interplay is what makes a stack feel curated rather than predictable.

Adding Sethi rings gave the Love band a softer, more whimsical energy — still classic, but more me.
Stack Three: Trinity + A Personal Twist

My Trinity ring was my very first Cartier piece.
The three intertwined bands — yellow, white, and rose gold — always felt symbolic to me. Connection. Movement. Balance.
It’s timeless and beautifully designed on its own.
But as a designer, I can’t help myself — I always want to add my own signature.
So I paired it with a delicate scallop diamond band from Sethi Couture.
Just one.
That single layer changes everything.
It adds:
- sparkle
- softness
- a feminine edge
- and a bit of asymmetry
It becomes less “classic luxury” and more personal storytelling.
And this one is especially meaningful — the Cartier trinity band was a gift from my husband and the Scallop White Diamond Band was a gift to myself as reminder of me and together a reminder of us.
Not an easy task, gifting jewelry to a jewelry designer. But he nailed it.
Which makes it even more special to wear every day.
Why I Mix Metals, Designers & Eras
One question I hear often is:
“Can you mix metals or different jewelry brands in one stack?”
Always.
In fact, I think you should.
Your stack shouldn’t look like it came from one set or one moment. It should look like your life — layered, evolving, collected over time.
Mixing:
- yellow gold, white gold, rose gold
- diamonds and plain bands
- heirlooms and new pieces
- luxury icons and artisan details
That’s what creates authenticity.
That’s what makes stacking rings so versatile.
And that’s what turns jewelry into storytelling.
Your Stack, Your Story
Whether it’s a diamond stacking band you bought for yourself, an anniversary ring, or a piece passed down through family — every ring holds meaning.
Stacking rings give you the freedom to combine them in a way that feels uniquely yours.
Some days minimal.
Some days bold.
Some days sentimental.
There’s no formula.
Just feeling.
Because at the end of the day, your hands tell your story.
And the rings you choose to wear alongside you should reflect exactly that.
