Returns and exchanges are easy – and shipping is free. We offer returns for unworn or unused items within 14 days of the order delivery date. The item must be in a new and unworn condition with the original packaging intact. Special Orders, items with custom stone and/or metal combinations, items with engraving and sale items are final sale and do not qualify for returns. What is a Special Order?

Special Order items are custom sizes, lengths and across any of our products. This includes:

  • Quarter-sizing of all Stack Bands and Rings
  • Stack Bands and Rings made in any size below size 5.5
  • Stack Bands and Rings made in any size above size 8
  • Custom lengths of all Necklaces, Chains, Bangles and Bracelets
  • Custom stone and/or metal combinations
  • Engraved charms, pendants or any other jewelry items

Special Order items are all final sale and not eligible for return, refund and/or exchange. Special Orders may not be canceled once they have been placed.

Return and Refund Process

  1. Request a return shipping label by emailing us at
  2. We will send a label via email within 24 hours within 2 weeks of the order delivery date
  3. Ship the item using the provided label with the original packing slip. Please be sure to use our provided label for parcel insurance purposes. Failure to include the packing slip may result in a delay or failure of the return
  4. Upon delivery of the return, we will inspect the item to ensure the item is eligible for return. We will send an email to confirm receipt of the return along with approval or rejection of your return
  5. If approved, we will process a refund to the order's original form of payment. Please note delivery of the refund to your original form of payment will depend on your financial institution's processing window

Looking to Exchange?

We want your Sethi Couture pieces to fit perfectly into your life. If for any reason your item doesn't feel perfect to you, or was received in a defective condition, please email us at within 14 days of order delivery so that we can assist with the next steps. Items must be unworn, unused, and in new condition with the original packaging intact to be eligible for exchange.

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may email us to begin an exchange. Once we receive the original gift, we will process a gift certificate for the value of your return, which will then be mailed to you. All items purchased with gift certificates originating from gift purchases are final sale. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be processed to the original form of payment which will notify the original gift giver of the return.
