Order Processing

The majority of our styles are made-to-order and will take 6-8 weeks for delivery from the time of purchase. For styles that are available to ship within 2-3 business days, shop our Ready to Ship Collection.

Can I update/cancel my order after it has shipped?

We cannot update or cancel orders after they have shipped. Items that have shipped can be returned for refund or exchange in accordance with our Return and Exchange Policy within 14 days of the delivery date.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via FedEx 2 Day service. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. Signatures are required upon delivery for all items.

What is a Special Order?

Special Order items are custom sizes, lengths and across any of our products. This includes:

  • Quarter-sizing of all Stack Bands and Rings
  • Stack Bands and Rings made in any size smaller than size 5.5
  • Stack Bands and Rings made in any size larger than size 8
  • Custom lengths of all Necklaces, Chains, Bangles and Bracelets
  • Custom stone and/or metal combinations that are not readily available for purchase on our site
  • Engraved charms, pendants or any other jewelry items

Special Order items are all final sale and not eligible for return, refund and/or exchange. Special Orders may not be canceled once they have been placed.

Find Your Ring Size

To get an approximate size of your finger, try the Home Ring Sizer. When stacking rings, size up by 1/4 or 1/2 size. The more number of rings in a stack, the more you will need to size up.

Financing

Yes. We have partnered with Affirm to be able to provide your financing needs. Affirm is a financing alternative to credit cards and other credit-payment products. Affirm offers instant financing for online purchases to be paid in fixed monthly installments over 3, 6, or 12 months. Please visit Affirm for more information.

My ring has arrived, but does not fit!

We are happy to assist in resizing your Stack Bands and Rings to the size that suits you best. Engagement Rings purchased at full price receive one complimentary resizing. Resizing for other Stack Bands and Rings will generally range from $75-$100 depending on the size and metal. Eternity Bands cannot be resized, and will need to be returned for refund or exchange to allow for a new order in the correct size.

Warranty/Insurance

Sethi Couture guarantees your jewelry to be free of manufacturing defects for one calendar year from purchase. Manufacturing defects include clasp breakage, missing stones, loose diamonds or loose prongs.
Manufacturing defects do not include general wear and tear, scratching, stretched chains/rings, lost jewelry, or jewelry damaged due to improper cleaning or storage.
Because we stand behind our designs and our manufacturers, any third-party or outside jeweler altering your jewelry will void your warranty with us! Have a question about your piece or how to care for it? View Product Care
We do not offer insurance through Sethi Couture. We do highly recommend insuring your Sethi Couture purchases; we love and trust Jewelers Mutual Insurance, an insurance company that specializes in jewelry protection. Just like you’d purchase insurance for a car or home, jewelry insurance is imperative for peace of mind and protects against loss, theft, damage or mysterious disappearance. We are happy to provide a record of purchase to detail the specs of your jewelry, which is accepted by most insurance companies to determine replacement value.

Repairs

We stand behind the quality of our work and are happy to repair any Sethi Couture item purchased from our retail or online store. To send in a repair, please ship your item with insurance to:

290 Main Street
Los Altos, CA 94022
Products purchased through our authorized retailers must be returned to the retailer to process the repair.

Conflict-Free and Eco-Friendly Stones

Sustainability is important to us. We work with suppliers and miners to support the most environmentally sustainable practices in the procurement of diamonds, gemstones and metal. We are proud to support the Kimberley Process, a United Nations effort to prevent conflict diamonds from entering the mainstream diamond market.
